THE HISTORY OF StellR IT

2020 - The Pandemic Hits

In 2020, amid the COVID-19 lockdown, American Allen Shibu and Nepali Jiten Sony connected through an online game, bonded by their love of technology. They founded StellR IT with a small idea and minimal funds. Despite pandemic challenges, they worked tirelessly and remotely, securing five major projects within two months. In their first year, the company made a $3000 profit, marking the beginning of a journey driven by aspiration, tenacity, and teamwork, laying the foundation for a successful tech enterprise.

2021 - Our Future

2021 presented fresh possibilities and challenges in our second year of operation. We added two committed workers to our remote workforce to grow our team. We tried our hardest, but we couldn't seem to get any clients. This resulted in a loss of money. Regretfully, we suffered a loss of almost 2000 dollars. But this time strengthened our resolve to innovate and satisfy clients by teaching us priceless lessons about tenacity and flexibility.

2022 - Growing

In 2022, we embarked on a significant transition for StellR IT. Determined to establish a stronger foundation, we diligently searched for office space and invested in essential office equipment to support our growing team. Setting up our office marked a pivotal moment, allowing us to enhance collaboration and efficiency. With the addition of more talented employees, we operated in a semi-working condition, combining remote and office-based work to optimize productivity and communication. This strategic move positioned us for continued growth and success in delivering innovative software solutions to our clients.

2023 - Expand

StellR IT hit important growth benchmarks in 2023. Our entire office setup is now complete, allowing our team to work on-site and promote greater teamwork. We created a specialized customer care team with 5 skilled team members to improve client support and satisfaction. As we settled into our office environment, we also began to see positive signs of recovery from previous financial challenges, gradually turning losses into opportunities for renewed growth and success. This time frame served as a turning point in our journey and strengthened our resolve to provide clients with outstanding software solutions.
